About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team. This pivotal role involves providing essential support to secondary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs within a specialist provision. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive learning environment and helping young people achieve their full potential. We are open to discussions regarding long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £90 to £115, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to secondary-aged pupils with complex needs.
* Assist in the implementation of adapted curriculum activities, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
* Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil engagement.
* Promote pupils' independence and develop essential life skills within the school setting.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to support individual learning plans.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to ongoing assessments and reviews.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* You have prior experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN environment.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* You are patient, resilient, and adaptable to various learning styles and challenges.
* You are committed to promoting an inclusive ethos and celebrating every pupil's achievement.
* You hold relevant qualifications or experience that support your application for this specialist role.
