This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a forward-thinking school, contributing to the foundational learning journeys of young pupils. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator available to start as soon as possible, with flexible contract options ranging from long-term supply to a permanent position within our dynamic primary setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring and challenging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum, fostering a love of learning.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and active participation.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and inform future teaching practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and share best practices.
* Communicate proactively with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and developmental needs.
* Contribute actively to the wider school community and its continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on an impactful journey, or an experienced teacher at MPS/UPS.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning
