Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated, individualised support to a pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Cultivate a strong, positive rapport with the pupil to foster trust and engagement.
* Effectively implement and monitor personalised targets outlined in the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Collaborate proactively with external therapists and specialists to ensure holistic support.
* Assist with daily learning activities, adapting strategies to meet specific developmental needs.
* Encourage the pupil's independence and self-help skills throughout the school day.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with special educational needs, particularly complex needs such as ASD, PMLD, or sensory impairments.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for fostering the growth and well-being of young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective teamwork.
