Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver innovative and differentiated lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils, adhering to the national curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil attainment and progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and respect.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to enhance the learning experience.
* Communicate proactively and professionally with parents and carers regarding pupil development.
* Contribute positively to the broader school community, participating in extracurricular activities where appropriate.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching Key Stage 2, or a strong desire to specialise in this phase as an ECT.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and inclusive learning space.
* Hold a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Possess strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to your teaching practice.
