Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct classroom support to the main teacher, facilitating engaging lessons.
* Assist individual pupils or small groups with their learning tasks and academic progress.
* Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.
* Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Prepare and organise learning materials and resources as required by the teacher.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing feedback.
