About the Role
Join a forward-thinking secondary school in the West Midlands seeking a dedicated Chemistry Teacher to inspire pupils across all key stages within our vibrant Science department. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons that challenge and inspire secondary pupils.
* Foster an enthusiastic and supportive learning environment within the Science department.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
* Uphold the highest standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding at all times.
* Implement a diverse range of teaching strategies to cater for varying learning styles.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Chemistry.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Chemistry and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Be adept at teaching Science effectively across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, promoting a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
* Be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player, ready to contribute positively to school life.
