You will contribute to a supportive environment, earning a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110 for your invaluable commitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil participation.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and SENDCOs to monitor and report on pupil progress.
* Support pupils in managing their emotions and developing positive social interactions.
* Adapt learning materials and environments to meet specific pupil requirements effectively.
About You
* Proven experience supporting children with special educational needs within a primary setting is essential.
* Possess a genuine passion for making a significant difference to children's educational journeys.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils
