Join an innovative school located in a vibrant community in the West Midlands, seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to provide essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This dynamic role offers the chance to deliver engaging and stimulating lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils while supporting colleagues with their planning, preparation, and assessment time. We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic educator ready to start as soon as possible, with opportunities available for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent engagement, offering a competitive daily rate of £150 to £180.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons that cater to diverse learning needs across all primary age groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Adapt teaching strategies to ensure all pupils are fully engaged and making excellent progress.
* Collaborate professionally with year group teams and support staff to maintain curriculum flow.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their academic and personal development.
* Adhere consistently to the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures, prioritising pupil welfare.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching successfully across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
* Show a genuine passion for creating exciting and memorable learning experiences for children.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a fast-paced educational environment.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with ease.
