Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement bespoke intervention strategies for pupils needing additional support.
* Conduct engaging small group and one-to-one sessions across primary year groups.
* Regularly assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet evolving needs.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, parents, and the wider school team.
* Cultivate a positive, encouraging atmosphere where all children feel valued and challenged.
* Actively contribute to the school's commitment to continuous improvement and pupil welfare.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrable success in raising attainment for pupils requiring intervention.
* A strong understanding of primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with children and colleagues.
* Proactive and adaptable, with a genuine passion for making a difference to individual learning journeys.
