About the Role
Join a forward-thinking primary school seeking dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants to support our vibrant learning community. We have immediate openings for long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent contracts, offering flexibility to suit your career aspirations. This essential role focuses on providing invaluable assistance to pupils across the primary phase, including dedicated support for those with Special Educational Needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual ready to start as soon as possible and contribute positively to our nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary school children across various subjects.
* Assist teachers in preparing engaging classroom materials and resources.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Supervise small groups or individual children during learning activities.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.

About You
* Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Have experience working within a primary school setting.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to daily tasks.
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
