About the Role
A flourishing school in East London is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their specialist primary provision. This vital role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans, working both individually and with small groups. You will engage with children experiencing complex learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, fostering their development. Opportunities are available for immediate starts, with contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term positions and permanent roles, offering a competitive daily rate between £90 and £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to primary-aged pupils.
* Implement individualised learning plans for children with complex needs.
* Assist pupils in developing communication skills and managing their behaviour effectively.
* Collaborate with class teachers and therapists to deliver integrated support.
* Contribute to creating an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Record and communicate observations on pupil engagement and achievements.

About You
* Possess prior experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs
