About the Role
Join a forward-thinking school committed to specialist education, where you will serve as an SEMH Teacher for secondary-aged learners within a dedicated provision. This vital role involves expertly re-engaging disaffected learners, managing complex behaviour with skill and compassion, and delivering a thoughtfully modified curriculum tailored to individual needs. We are actively seeking dedicated educators for a variety of contract types, including long-term placements, daily supply, or even permanent positions, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, adapted lessons across various subjects for pupils with SEMH.
* Implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive conduct.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and highly supportive classroom environment for all pupils.
* Provide tailored pastoral support to foster pupils' social and emotional development.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure holistic pupil progress.
* Assess and track pupil attainment, providing constructive feedback and celebrating achievements.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK education system.
* You demonstrate proven experience teaching pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* You exhibit a deep commitment to the well-being and academic success of vulnerable young people.
* You display exceptional resilience, patience, and a calm, proactive approach in challenging situations.
* You show an aptitude for clear communication and building positive, professional relationships.
* You are skilled in differentiating learning materials to meet diverse individual requirements.
