Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

• Ensure all students remain on task and engaged with their learning objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress as required.
• Adhere strictly to the school's policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students, promoting academic growth.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and flexibility in new educational environments.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a clear authoritative presence.
• Hold a genuine passion for inspiring secondary school students.
• Thrive on quickly building rapport with pupils and staff members.
