Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated, personalised 1:1 support to a primary pupil with complex Special Educational Needs.
* Develop a strong, positive rapport with the pupil, fostering trust and engagement in learning.
* Effectively implement and adapt individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers, therapists, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Tailor learning materials and activities to meet the unique sensory and developmental needs of the pupil.
* Monitor and record the pupil's progress, contributing to regular reviews and future planning.
About You
* Possess proven experience supporting primary-aged children with complex Special Educational Needs, including ASD, PMLD, or sensory impairment.
* Demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
* Exhibit outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and external stakeholders.
