About the Role

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to provide crucial support to secondary-aged pupils with complex needs. This vital role involves assisting with adapted curriculum delivery and actively promoting independence among learners. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available. Competitive daily rates ranging from £90 to £115 are offered for this fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with diverse and complex special educational needs.
* Assist in the effective delivery of an adapted curriculum, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting pupil engagement and progress.
* Encourage and develop pupils' independence and life skills within the school setting.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and other professionals to implement individualised support plans.
* Support pupils with communication, social, and emotional development throughout the school day.

* You possess demonstrable experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs.
