Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated and tailored support to primary pupils identified with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Assist in the successful implementation of individualised education plans and learning strategies.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and the wider support team to enhance learning outcomes.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil participation and confidence.
* Support pupils in developing essential social, emotional, and communication skills.
* Contribute to the positive management of pupil behaviour through consistent and supportive approaches.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of primary-aged children.
* You bring prior experience of working with pupils, particularly those requiring SEN support.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of building strong rapport with children and colleagues.
