Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities across the primary curriculum.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to ensure all pupils access the curriculum effectively.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and well-being.
* Work closely with the class teacher to observe and record pupil progress.
* Help prepare and organise learning resources to enhance educational experiences.
About You
* You hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for fostering children's development and academic achievement is essential.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
