We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join an exceptional school, offering a vibrant start to your teaching career. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT Primary Teacher to gain invaluable experience across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. We have a variety of roles available, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term contracts and permanent positions, all starting as soon as possible. You will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young pupils.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Plan and prepare creative activities that inspire a love for learning in all pupils.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain a positive and well-organised classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the educational experience.
* Uphold the school's ethos and contribute positively to its wider community.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the process of obtaining it, specifically as an Early Career Teacher.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to pupil behaviour.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
