About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a ambitious school located in Bedfordshire, serving the East of England region. This vital role involves supporting primary-aged pupils across various year groups, encompassing both general classroom assistance and targeted SEN support. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive learning environment and helping young learners overcome daily academic and social challenges. We are looking for someone ready to make a significant impact on pupil progress and contribute to a vibrant educational setting, with opportunities for various contract types from daily supply to permanent.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support, particularly for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials to meet diverse pupil needs and learning styles.
* Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessments, highlighting areas for development and celebrating achievements.
* Support the positive behaviour management strategies of the school, promoting a safe and productive atmosphere.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and able to thrive.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their educational journey.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and parents.
* You are highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced school environment.
* You have relevant experience working within a primary school setting, ideally with some exposure to SEN.
* You are proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous professional development.
* You hold a relevant qualification or significant experience in supporting education.
