Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a vibrant, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and colleagues.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support each child's holistic development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the overall early years provision and share best practice.
• Uphold all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all children.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Demonstrate recent successful experience teaching within a Reception class or similar early years setting.
• Possess an unwavering passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with children, parents, and staff.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a willingness to embrace new ideas.
