About the Role
Embark on a rewarding career opportunity as an Intervention Teacher within a well-established school located in Daventry, East Midlands. This pivotal role offers the chance to make a significant impact on pupil progress across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, tailoring support to individual learning needs. You will be instrumental in identifying academic gaps and implementing targeted strategies to enhance learning outcomes for pupils requiring additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver bespoke intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
• Assess pupil understanding and meticulously track progress, adjusting approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers and leadership to integrate intervention strategies with classroom learning.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils, fostering their confidence and engagement in their learning journey.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and ensure inclusivity for all pupils.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, progress, and intervention impact.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
• Possess demonstrable experience delivering successful interventions in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 settings.
• A genuine passion for supporting every child's academic and personal development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage pupils, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching across various year groups.
• Committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a school community.
