Key Responsibilities
* Deliver individualised support to a secondary pupil with complex needs.
* Implement strategies derived from the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate access to the curriculum across various subjects.
* Champion the development of essential life skills and self-reliance.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and external professionals.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular reviews.
