We are seeking a dedicated MFL - French & Spanish Teacher to join a respected school in Milton Keynes. The role is offered on a long-term, permanent contract, with a flexible start date either in September or sooner for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in fostering a love for French and Spanish across various key stages within a vibrant learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons to secondary students.
* Plan, prepare, and assess schemes of work in line with the curriculum.
* Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the department's extracurricular language activities and initiatives.
* Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and resources.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in French and Spanish.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be passionate about language education and fostering cultural understanding.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
* Ability to teach French and Spanish across the secondary age range effectively.
