Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils exhibiting social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Implement de-escalation strategies effectively to manage challenging behaviours.
* Act as a mentor, guiding pupils through their daily activities and promoting positive engagement.
* Cultivate strong, empathetic relationships with pupils, enhancing their sense of belonging.
* Assist with the delivery of educational activities, adapting approaches to individual pupil requirements.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
About You
* You possess previous experience supporting primary-aged children, ideally within an SEN or SEMH environment.
