Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct, tailored support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care requirements respectfully and with dignity.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance learning experiences.
* Work closely with therapists to implement individualised therapy programmes.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to support pupil progress.

* Possess proven experience supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
* Demonstrate a compassionate and patient approach to complex needs.
* Be adept at providing sensitive personal care and maintaining dignity.
