Key Responsibilities
• Support the daily learning and play activities for nursery-aged children.
• Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and record children's progress and development under the guidance of lead educators.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver age-appropriate educational experiences.
• Ensure the well-being and personal care needs of all children are met with kindness.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's daily experiences.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Hold relevant qualifications or experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit a patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
