Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance learning outcomes.
• Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Manage classroom behaviour proactively, ensuring a safe and productive learning space for everyone.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for early primary education and child development.
• Committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning experience for all pupils.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships within the school community.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Eager to embrace professional development opportunities and contribute positively to school life.
