Key Responsibilities
• Provide essential support for pupil learning, both individually and in small groups, across various subjects.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers to prepare and deliver engaging educational activities.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
• Assist with the implementation of tailored support strategies for pupils with diverse needs.
• Support the management of classroom resources and contribute to general classroom organisation.
• Observe and record pupil progress, feeding back valuable insights to the teaching staff.

About You
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or possess equivalent experience in a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of primary school children.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic educational environment.
• Show a strong commitment to working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Have a clear understanding of safeguarding principles and their importance in a school setting.
