About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant ready to make a significant impact on young lives? A ambitious school in the South East is actively seeking dedicated support professionals to join their nurturing primary team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110, with immediate starts available for various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions. You will play a crucial role in fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for our youngest pupils, helping them build foundational skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging early years activities.
* Assist individual pupils or small groups with their learning and development.
* Contribute to creating a stimulating and safe classroom environment.
* Observe and report on pupil progress and specific needs to the teacher.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs effectively.
* Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Have experience working with children within an EYFS setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Hold relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience for a teaching assistant role.
