About the Role
An innovative school in Walsall, West Midlands, is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join its vibrant primary community. This pivotal role involves leading small groups of pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), thoughtfully adapting the national curriculum to meet diverse learning needs. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to foster holistic development. We offer a range of flexible contract opportunities, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £250, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire small groups of primary-aged pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Thoughtfully adapt and differentiate the national curriculum to create accessible and stimulating learning experiences.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans, ensuring each pupil's EHCP targets are met.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists.
* Maintain open and regular communication with families, celebrating achievements and discussing progress.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a commitment to primary education.
* Bring experience working with pupils who have special educational needs, ideally within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate a natural ability to differentiate teaching and learning to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Are passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning journey for every child.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
