Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS framework.
* Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Systematically assess and record pupil development, sharing progress effectively with stakeholders.
* Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children’s holistic development.
* Uphold high standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding at all times.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to enhance learning outcomes.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for early years education.
* Demonstrate experience or a keen interest in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Be committed to creating an inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
* Understand and uphold robust safeguarding practices as a paramount responsibility.
