We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to provide targeted support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. The role involves delivering bespoke learning interventions to enhance pupil attainment and confidence. This position offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement tailored intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Closely monitor and track the academic progress of identified pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies with classroom learning.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters pupil engagement.
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues regarding progress.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to teach effectively across the primary phase, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for nurturing individual pupil potential and overcoming learning barriers.
* Command excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
* Show flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of the school and pupils.
* Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
