About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join an innovative school located in Essex, serving the Loughton area. This vital role involves providing essential daily and short-term cover within specialist primary SEN provisions. You will be instrumental in supporting pupils with diverse special educational needs across various settings, ensuring continuity of learning from an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning styles and requirements.
* Provide consistent support across various SEN provisions on a day-to-day or short-term basis.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure pupil well-being and progress.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and engagement.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working with primary SEN pupils.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work within different SEN settings and respond to varying pupil needs.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of diverse special educational needs and effective support strategies.
* Be passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children with learning difficulties.
* Hold an Enhanced DBS check, or be willing to apply for one.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
