Key Responsibilities
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all pupils.
• Provide tailored assistance to individual pupils or small groups, fostering their academic and personal growth.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources to enhance educational activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher, aiding in assessment and planning.
• Promote positive behaviour and social development, encouraging pupils to reach their full potential.
About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Possess prior experience working within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
