Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs within a primary SEN setting.
* Manage and support a diverse range of special educational needs effectively and compassionately.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the varying requirements of pupils on a daily basis.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil progress.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils while fostering their independence and confidence.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within a primary SEN environment.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different classrooms and pupil needs.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive pupil behaviour.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs and promoting their development.
* Be an effective communicator, capable of building rapport quickly with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Hold eligibility for ECT, MPS, or UPS pay scales, reflecting your teaching experience and qualifications.
