Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, fostering engagement and understanding.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson activities across the primary curriculum.
• Implement effective strategies to manage classroom behaviour, promoting a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.
• Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back observations to the class teacher to inform future planning.
• Support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring their access to the curriculum and fostering their independence.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Possess proven experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupil development and fostering a love for learning.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Show adaptability and initiative, thriving in a dynamic classroom environment.
• Possess a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to pupil welfare.
