Key Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke 1:1 support tailored to a pupil's individual learning style.
* Implement specific strategies derived from the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

* Facilitate access to the curriculum and foster a stimulating learning environment.
