About the Role

This fulfilling Teaching Assistant role, available for immediate start, offers diverse contract options including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent placements. You will empower young learners to achieve their potential within a specialist setting, receiving a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120 for your dedicated support. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children requiring tailored assistance.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging situations.
* Mentor students, helping them develop crucial coping mechanisms and resilience.
* Foster positive, trusting relationships with young learners and their families.
* Assist class teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Promote positive behaviour and active engagement across all educational activities.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with SEMH
