Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with a diverse range of special educational needs and abilities.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and learning strategies effectively.
* Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing tailored resources and engaging activities.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing regular, constructive feedback.
* Promote positive behaviour, independence, and active engagement in lessons.

* Have relevant experience working with Special Educational Needs in an educational setting.
