Key Responsibilities
• Delivering engaging and effective Computing lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring high levels of pupil attainment and engagement.
• Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assessing pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Computing curriculum.
• Maintaining a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues to share best practice and support departmental goals.
About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses a relevant degree in Computing or a related field.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for Computing and a commitment to inspiring young minds.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding lessons and manage a dynamic classroom effectively.
• Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and eager to embrace new teaching methodologies.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Capable of effectively differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND or high prior attainment.
