Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the continuous development of the Science curriculum and departmental resources.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Participate in school-wide activities and uphold the school's core values.
* Engage with parents and carers regarding pupil achievement and well-being.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a specialism in Chemistry.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Science education and inspiring young minds.
* You are adept at creating engaging and accessible lessons for diverse learners.
* You have excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
* You are keen to contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced Teachers on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
