Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and inspiring Maths lessons to diverse groups of students.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
* Create a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Contribute actively to the development and implementation of the Maths curriculum.
* Engage with parents and carers regarding student achievement and progress.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), a main pay scale (MPS) teacher, or an upper pay scale (UPS) teacher with proven classroom success.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and an ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* You are committed to nurturing the academic and personal growth of every student.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
