An inclusive secondary school in the South East is actively seeking an inspiring and dedicated Design Technology Teacher to join their thriving department on a permanent, long-term basis. Key Responsibilities
* Inspire pupils across key stages with dynamic and challenging Design Technology lessons.
* Develop and deliver an innovative curriculum that ignites creativity and problem-solving abilities.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to meticulously monitor and accelerate pupil progress.
* Manage and maintain a safe, stimulating workshop environment conducive to practical learning.
* Contribute proactively to departmental initiatives and the wider school community.
* Encourage pupils to pursue further education or careers within design and engineering fields.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a robust understanding of secondary Design Technology.
* Bring experience in delivering impactful DT education, whether as an Early Career Teacher, or at Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale levels.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for inspiring pupils to explore and master design principles and practical application.
* Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills, fostering an environment of respect and high engagement.
* Show a proactive commitment to continuous professional development and innovative pedagogical practices.
* Possess the ability to differentiate instruction effectively, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
