About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Science Teacher to join a dynamic school community from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to secure a long-term, permanent contract within a thriving secondary setting in the heart of Northamptonshire, fostering a love for scientific discovery among young people.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across the secondary curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and academic excellence.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, providing insightful feedback to support their development.
* Actively contribute to departmental planning, resource development, and wider school initiatives.
* Champion scientific inquiry and critical thinking, preparing students for future success in STEM fields.
* Maintain exemplary classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning space for all.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in a Science discipline.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager for a supportive start, or an experienced educator (MPS/UPS) seeking a new challenge.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and its effective delivery to secondary pupils.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and embracing innovative teaching methodologies.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* You inspire students to achieve their full potential, instilling a lifelong appreciation for the sciences.
