* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school professional development opportunities.
* Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, promoting their overall well-being.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
* You possess a genuine passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring young minds.
* A proven ability to teach Science effectively across various abilities and age groups is highly valued.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with colleagues and engaging students.
