About the Role
Join a respected school in High Wycombe as an Intervention Teacher, where you will seize the opportunity to significantly impact pupil progress across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This vital role involves crafting and delivering targeted interventions, empowering individual learners to overcome barriers and flourish academically. You will develop bespoke strategies that cultivate confidence and secure foundational knowledge, directly contributing to pupils' success journeys.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement bespoke intervention strategies for pupils in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify specific learning gaps and strengths.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress effectively, adapting approaches as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and leadership to ensure integrated support.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages active participation and growth.
• Document pupil achievements and areas for development meticulously for progress tracking.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
• Demonstrate proven success in designing and delivering effective primary interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of pedagogical approaches for supporting diverse learning needs.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Show a proactive and adaptable approach to addressing individual pupil requirements.
• Committed to promoting an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
