Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver an engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS curriculum.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Foster positive and effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Assess and track pupil progress diligently, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and learning through positive reinforcement strategies.
• Contribute actively to the wider school community and its shared values.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK.
• Demonstrable experience teaching within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
• A genuine passion for fostering curiosity and development in young children.
• Exceptional organisational skills and effective classroom management abilities.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working practices.
