Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care requirements, always maintaining dignity and respect.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities for individual and group learning.
* Diligently implement tailored therapy programmes designed by specialists.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other professionals to support pupil progress.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs.
* Experience working with primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties is essential.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
