About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a flourishing specialist SEN primary school in West London. You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. This rewarding position involves working both 1:1 and with small groups of children, making a tangible difference to their educational journey and personal development. We are looking for individuals available for immediate starts, with opportunities for long-term, short-term or daily supply contracts, and even permanent prospects.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils holding EHCPs, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
* Facilitate learning and engagement for children experiencing a range of complex learning difficulties.
* Deliver focused 1:1 interventions and small group sessions designed to enhance pupil progress.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to implement individualised learning plans.
* Monitor and record pupil development, contributing to ongoing assessments and progress reviews.

About You
* Demonstrable experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting is essential.
* Possess a strong understanding of various complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Exhibit patience, empathy, and resilience when working with children who require additional support.
* Capable of adapting your approach to meet diverse learning styles and individual pupil requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* A genuine passion for fostering the development and well-being of every child.
