About the Role
A highly regarded school is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join their vibrant primary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the foundational learning experiences of young pupils, with various contract options available including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions starting as soon as possible. We are looking for an educator ready to inspire and guide children through their crucial early years of schooling, fostering a love for learning in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Maintain accurate records of achievement and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall primary curriculum and school initiatives.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community, upholding its values and ethos.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 teaching and early childhood development.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Show a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* Be adaptable and resilient, eager to embrace new teaching challenges and opportunities.
* Whether an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator (MPS/UPS), you are ready to make a significant impact.
